Dogs are welcome at Hallagenna. And we want you and your Dog to have a great and enjoyable Holiday. We respectfully request that you keep to the guidelines as herein, and please respect the use of this Beautiful countryside. And the Animals who live on the Moor.
Canine Code of Conduct:
We welcome our canine friends and hope that they enjoy their holiday with us. However, please bear in mind these cottages are used by other guests and we request that dogs and their owners please follow our Canine Code of Conduct. Thank you.
We recommend that owners bring their dogs bed for their stay
Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or bathroom ensuites. These areas are to remain dog free.
Dogs must not be allowed on the furniture during their stay.
Please scoop the poop in all areas for hygiene purposes. Dog poo must be collected and disposed of in a dog doo bag and then within a black refuse sack in the black Bin marked Dogs Bin. Or in the black bin bags containing your own domestic rubbish from the cottage.
Please do not leave dogs unattended in the cottages for long periods.
Please prevent your dog soiling in the cottages. We do have cleaning fluids for those accidents. Please feel free to ask for them should they be required.
Please dry your Dogs before or on the mats when entering the cottages to avoid wet marks on the walls from the shake down.
We have horses and dogs on the premises, and they all get along famously! However we recommend that you keep your dog on a lead at all times when outside the cottage as he/she is a stranger and may spook the residents.
Bodmin Moor is home to with wild ponies, sheep, lambs, cattle and horse riders. Please keep your dog under control at all times.
